Affiliate Program Terms | RoamGo

1. Enrollment

Participation requires approval by RoamGo. We may approve, reject, suspend, or close an account where necessary to protect customers, our brand, or the integrity of the program.

2. Attribution

Eligible web purchases are attributed through the affiliate’s approved link and a signed first-party cookie. The standard attribution window is 30 days unless the dashboard states a different period. The most recent valid affiliate click receives credit.

3. Commission

The dashboard displays the affiliate’s agreed percentage and any minimum commission. Commission is calculated on the final customer price after discounts, excluding taxes, account-credit additions, refunded amounts, and chargebacks. Test, reseller, fraudulent, cancelled, self-referred, and otherwise ineligible transactions do not earn commission.

4. Review and payment

New commissions remain pending during verification and the applicable refund period. RoamGo may void or adjust commissions when the underlying order is refunded, reversed, duplicated, fraudulent, or incorrectly attributed. Approved amounts are settled according to the payment arrangement shown or agreed with the affiliate.

5. Promotion rules

Affiliates must make legally required disclosures, describe RoamGo accurately, and avoid spam, deceptive claims, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, trademark impersonation, and bidding on RoamGo brand terms without written approval.

6. Changes and termination

Either party may end participation. Terms, rates, and program operation may change prospectively; existing valid commissions remain subject to the terms in effect when earned and to later refunds or fraud findings.
