Trust and transparency
Editorial and catalog methodology
RoamGo sells eSIM plans, so our guides have a commercial interest. This page explains which facts come from live inventory, which claims are editorial, and how we correct errors.
Live plan data
Prices, validity, data allowances, destination coverage and product availability come from active supplier catalog records. Customer-hidden plans and variable configurator anchors are excluded. Equivalent offers are deduplicated using coverage, allowance, validity and network attributes; the lower customer price wins.
Carrier and coverage claims
A destination guide names carriers only when they appear in current plan coverage data. Coverage links point to official operator maps where available. A carrier name does not promise signal at a specific address, speed, 5G access or uninterrupted service; terrain, congestion, device bands and the selected plan all matter.
Editorial destination advice
The RoamGo Connectivity Team reviews practical advice against supplier documentation, official carrier information and destination-specific travel conditions. We date-stamp reviewed guides. We do not present customer anecdotes as measured network tests, and we do not claim hands-on testing where none occurred.
Rankings and commercial influence
Live plan cards are sorted using disclosed facts such as price, allowance and validity. Suppliers do not pay for a better editorial ranking. RoamGo earns revenue when a visitor buys a RoamGo plan, and partner links are labeled where used.
Corrections
Catalog records update automatically, while editorial copy is reviewed on a scheduled basis and when a material issue is reported. If a carrier, price description or destination fact is wrong, contact [email protected] with the page URL and source. We review substantive corrections and update the page date when the content changes.
Reusable catalog data
The RoamGo destination eSIM price index publishes current plan counts and entry prices with a downloadable CSV.
