AI Operator is a prepaid add-on to a RoamGo partner account. Each plan can power your API integration or connected RoamDesk AI, alongside the storefront assistant, knowledge and support tools. RoamDesk seats and channels are billed separately under its workspace plan.
What does 1M tokens cover?
About 20 support sessions with the example below. Adjust the assumptions to compare all three plans.
One session = 5 customer messages + 5 AI replies. At 10,000 metered tokens per AI reply, that is 50,000 tokens per session. This is an illustrative budget, not a measured average or a guaranteed number of sessions.
Tokens are the units used to process text. Your allowance counts input, cached input and output, including instructions, conversation history, knowledge lookups and tool results across every model call needed for a reply. Longer conversations, complex requests and different languages can use more tokens, even when the visible messages are short.
These estimates assume the full allowance goes to customer chat. AI drafts, translations and rewrites in your support desk, and AI features in connected RoamDesk workspaces, draw from the same allowance and reduce the number of chat sessions it can cover.
Service pauses at the allowance or when partner credit cannot cover renewal—there are no usage overage charges or negative balances.
