Delete your RoamGo account and data
This page applies to the RoamGo Android app, package net.roamgo.android, and your RoamGo account. You do not need the app installed to submit a deletion request.
Request deletion on the web
Email us from the address connected to your account. If you cannot access that mailbox, include the account address and explain that in your message so we can verify ownership by another appropriate method.

Request deletion in the Android app
- Open RoamGo and select Profile.
- Open Account settings.
- Select Delete account and confirm the request.
What happens after your request
- We verify that the requester controls the account before processing the request.
- We delete or de-identify the account profile, active login sessions, registered push-notification tokens, and other personal data that is not required to be retained.
- We ask service providers handling account data on our behalf to delete it where applicable.
- We confirm completion by email. Most requests are completed within 30 days; we will tell you if applicable law permits or requires more time.
Data we may need to retain
We may retain limited transaction, invoice, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and telecommunications records when required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and are deleted or anonymized when the retention obligation ends.
