Does RoamGo manufacture eSIM hardware?+
No. RoamGo provides travel eSIM plans, ordering, delivery, and partner tooling. The device maker or seller remains responsible for hardware compatibility and its own product claims.
Can we preload an eSIM before shipping?+
The delivery flow can be connected to your fulfillment process, but the right installation method depends on the device and your manufacturing or enrollment setup. We scope that workflow with your team before launch.
Is this intended for permanent industrial IoT deployments?+
The offer shown here is for compatible travel devices and temporary or trip-based connectivity. Permanent IoT fleet connectivity has different commercial and technical requirements and should be evaluated separately.
